NEARLY ME^® BASIC^™ The Basic form is an economical alternative for many women who have had modified surgeries. The Basic form is offered in three styles, Tapered Classic, Modified Triangle and Tapered Oval. The Basic comes in either the standard weight (closest weight to natural tissue) or in the extra light (30% lighter) "whipped" silicone gel. These forms are filled with 100% silicone and have a two-year warranty. Cloth covers are available as an optional item.

NEARLY ME^® UNIVERSAL^™TRIANGLE FORMS The NEARLY ME® universal triangle shape is one of our most popular shapes and fits so well that we have expanded the line to six unique configurations of this generic triangle. This triangle style fits differently than other NEARLY ME® triangles due to an extended upper wing that fills space higher up on the chest wall. The side profile of these forms is shallower than our contoured triangles and each has a lower nipple apex that helps match the drape of a more mature breast. Each form back is semi-concave, broader at the base and fits well on a flatter chest wall. They are symmetrical, fitting both the right and the left side of the body. A cloth cover comes with each form. Made in U.S.A.

The SO-SOFT line comes in five distinctive styles. The full breast forms are recommended when more weight and fill is needed to balance the body and achieve natural alignment. The shells or equalizers are designed for partial surgeries. All forms are 100% silicone in a thin film that mimic the feel of younger or denser breast tissue. the contoured backs of these forms gives a snug comfortable fit.

NEARLY ME^® CASUALS^™WEIGHTED AND NON-WEIGHTED FOAM FORMS These slightly weighted and non-weighted foam forms are made of molded polyurethane foam with permanent polyester fabric covers. The non-weighted are recommended for right after surgery or when sleeping when a silicone form is too heavy. The weighted forms are recommended for women who like the feel and coolness of a foam form but need some weight for balance and symmetry. Both weighted and non-weighted forms are available in three styles, the asymmetrical Classic, the symmetrical Triangle and the Standard Oval. the Classic and the Modified Triangle have an added fabric tab that can be sewn to a bra, nightgown, swimsuit or camisole band for added security.
