NEARLY ME® BASIC™
An economical alternative for many women who have had modified surgeries. The symmetrical 100% silicone Basic form is offered in two styles. One style is a standard tapered oval design which can be turned in various directions for best fit. It has a thinner single wing that lays closse to the body for smooth, natural appearance in any bra. The other style, a shallow triangle shape, conforms to the body for a contoured fit across the chest. It has been designed for the more modified surgeries where more natural tissue has been left. These forms are often chosen as a second form and can be worn swimming but is not recommended for hot tubs or spas. Available in beige and soft sable. Two year warranty. Cloth cover comes with each form.

NATURAL TOUCH® FORM
This form truly looks and feels like a natural breast. This full oval style has a unique tinted internal nipple and firmer gel to simulate the feel and appearance of a firmer natural breast. Made of 100% silicone covered in a supple transluscent film, this form contours to the chest for a comfortable fit. Also available in the classic assymetrical shaped form. Two year warranty.

LITE TOUCH® FORM
The Lite Touch® symmetrical triangle breast form has been designed for women who have difficulty finding the properly weighted breast form. This form is 15% lighter in weight than any other comparable form on the market yet maintains its full form shape for a proper fit. It is 100% silicone in a dual formulation that is bonded together in a thin, transparent polyurethane film. Available in eight sizes fitting 32C-48B. Two year warranty.

TRADITIONAL® FORM
These symmetrical 100% silicone breast forms are pre-molded so they are puncture proof. The silicone is baked, not a gel and there are no hard edges. Two syles, pear and heart shape, have been designed to fit different types of surgeries and are contoured on the back to fit flush against the sides of the body. Chlorine or salt water will not harm them. Outer pocketed covers can be removed for easy laundering. Five year warranty. Made in U.S.A. Sizes1 through 12, fits 30A - 50B.

SOFT TOUCH® CLASSIC
Made with a softer gel, the SOFT TOUCH™ form is the softest, lightest weight in the NEARLY ME® line. The back is partially scooped out to reduce the weight yet designed in such a way as to keep from collapsing in the bra. The front of the form is shallower than other NEARLY ME® Classic forms to help match a more modified figure type. Choose between three styles, an assymetrical Modified Classic that fits only on the right or left side of the body, and two symmetrical forms, the Modified Triangle(pictured right) and the Tapered Oval. All forms come with a comfort cover, have a two year warranty, and are hand washable and made in the U.S.A. Available in beige or soft sable( special order).

NEW SOFT TOUCH® Lite Modified Triangle Form
An extremely soft silicone gel in a new whipped formulation that makes it so comfortable and lifelike to wear. It is almost 50% lighter than their full triangle form and 15% lighter than the standard SOFT TOUCH® Modified Triangle form. Each form has a natural droop and is so pliable that it feels like natural tissue. Encapsulated in a thin resilient polyurethane skin that is flexible yet durable, the SOFT TOUCH® Lite Form is symmetrical conforming to either side of the body. This triangle shape has rounder side wings than many other triangle forms, which helps it fit better in the curve of the bra cup. The back is contoured to reduce the weight, hug the chest wall, and is designed to keep the form from collapsing in a bra. The front of the form is shallower to fit the more modified surgeries.

This new SOFT TOUCH® Lite Modified Triangle Form is available in 10 sizes, in beige only. All forms come with a comfort cover, have a two year warranty, are hand washable and made in the U.S.A.

SO-SOFT® FORMS
The SO-SOFT® line is available in five distinctive styles that fit the shape of the chest after a variety of surgeries. All forms are 100% silicone encapsulated in a thin polyurethane film. The contoured back of each form gives a snug comfortable fit and holds its shape in the cup of the bra.
SO-SOFT® Classic
Unique, assymmetrical shape. A shorter, curved side wing allows form to hug the chest without adding extra fullness under the arm. Right or left side only. Comes in bra sizes 30A - 42DD.

NEARLY ME CASUAL®
Foam Forms™
These non-weighted foam forms have a permanent nylon fabric cover and are recommended for after surgery as companion forms to the SO-SOFT Triangle and Classic Forms. These lightweight forms can be worn while sleeping to add comfortable support. Each contoured back fits snugly against the body and security tab helps anchor forms along a bra, nightgown or camisole band. Made in U.S.A.
